This Airline Lubricator is designed to provide sufficient lubrication to ensure smooth working and prevent frictional wear on the piston.
The obvious result of insufficient oil is frictional wear. The piston in the average Rock Drill reciprocates about 1800 to 2000 times per minute. Other internal parts move at corresponding rates, so frictional wear can be considerable. Friction produces heat, and this is the factor that causes real trouble. Despite fine metallurgy, lack of oil can produce heat, sufficient to cause minute surface cracks that many result in complete breakage of the parts, hence use of Air line lubricators. In Lubrication Systems there are two types of systems:
(i) Total loss type Lubrication System
(ii) Oil Circulatory System
In first type of system total oil is get consumed and it can not be recyclable second type of systems the oil supplied to various parts is returned to reservoir oil acts both as a lubricant and coolent. These type of systems are large having capacity of hundreds liters to thousand of liters.
These systems are measured in LPM. These systems may be 10 LPM to 2000 LPM. These systems are used in steel plants, sugar plants, cement plants, power plants and for heavy machinery etc.

We offer a range of automatic lubrication systems to our clients, which are used to provide automated and distributed lubrication arrangements for process machinery and industrial plant. These equipments protect the premature failure in mechanical equipments by providing correct and measured lubrication into them. All of these centralized lubrication systems direct precise amounts of grease or oil to bearings or other lubrication points. All equipment is designed to meet the strict quality standards demanded by our customers.
We offer Morgon oil lubrication systems, which are designed to feed the Morgan bearing of mill stands of the cold rolling mills. These industrial lubrication systems are incorporated with electric motor driven gear pumps draw oil from a settling or reservoir tank through wire mesh type suction strainer and pass it through cartridge type wire mesh filters to get rid of undue particles. This helps in oil passing through a water cooled heat exchanger to bring down the temperature as per the requirement and then taken out through piping and distributed to the bearings. Then the return oil from the bearings is brought back to the settler through piping. Further, we also provide check valves are after the pump to prevent the back flow of oil.
This Multiline Radial Lubricator provides a compact unit for delivered soft grease or heavy oil under pressure to a given number of different bearing points. It is ideal for lubricating machinery which require regular shots of predetermined quantity of lubricant forced into each individual bearing under pressure.
APPLICATION: Multiline radial lubricator is best suited for machine / plant where lubrication
is required with high pressure continuously / intermittently for individual point. The lubricator are used for machine / plant like rolling mill, sugar plant, cement plant, rubber mixing machine, forging hammer, stone crusher, sponge iron plant etc.
FILLING
OF LUBRICANTS: Grease filling in the reservoir can be done manually as well as with the help of other pump. For pump 1/4" BSP port is provided on reservoir.
