Construction: The unit has a triple walled construction. The inner chamber is made of SS & outer chamber is made of SS / MS with powder coated finish and glasswool insulation of 65 mm between walls.
Control System: Microprocessor based temperature controller controls the heating process and digital timer with audio/visual alarm system is provided. A SS finned heater is used for heating process. A Motorized Forced Air Circulation by blower motor arrangement on top of oven for uniformity of temp of the inside chamber.The flush door is fitted with a virgin square silicon rubber gasket and is also fitted with special lock and handle.
