We are engaged in manufacturing wide range of Fast Cure Laminating Adhesives which are solvent-free materials. These are designed in unfilled, single component, moisture-curing material with fast cure composition based on polyether polyols.   Application:

* The usage rate of the material will be very dependent on the nature and porosity of the surfaces to be bonded. Good bonds can be achieved at a thickness between 50 and 100 micron.
* When used on non-porous substrates coverage will be 10-20 m²/kg.
* Use of a roller is the preferred method of application for maximum coverage.
* Materials to be bonded should be grease, dust and dirt free. Test bonding should always be carried out. This is particularly important with non-porous substrates.
