H.T.H.P. Beaker Dyeing machine is designed in order to facilitate effective dyeing for testing purpose. HTHP Beaker dyeing machine is fabricated out of 316 quality Stainless steel. The beaker carriage will rotate in Glycerin bath at about 30 RPM, through suitable motor. The temperature obtained in the Glycerin bath will be up to 140°C through electric heater. For rapid cooling the machine is equipped with a copper pipe through which water is made to pass continuously when required. Along with this we also offer Infra Lab I - infra red dyeing machine and infrared dyeing machine for textiles.

The drier is charged with calcium chloride. This absorbs the moisture in the gas. In case a certain amount of moisture is necessary to enable the chemical purifier to function effectively, a by-pass is provided to allow part or whole of the gas to be directly admitted into the chemical purifier.
The fluid Bed Dryer are most suitable for drying granular crystalline, coarse or similar material in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, dyes, food and allied products. The fluid Bed dryer is not suitable for drying liquid or pasty materials.
• Fluid bed dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the Fluid Bed Dryer material.
• Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit. This hot air system expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidization and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying.
• Fluidization produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform.
• The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer.

Saturated Compressed air enters the precooler where is it cooled by exchanging heat with atmospheric air. The inlet air is further cooled in super cooler. When passing through a precooler the cold air is reheated. A refrigerant compressor and condenser suppliers refrigerant to super cooler through expansion device. The hot gas by pass valve matched the operation of refrigerant system to the compressed air cooling load. In the super cooler heat is transferred from the compressed air to refrigerant. The process cools the air resulting in condensation. The condensed moisture is removed by an inbuilt moisture separator and automatic drain valve. more...
