Basically used for making of highly viscous material, our high speed mixers and stainless steel mixers operate at 1440 RPM and have a capacity of 500 ltrs to 1500 ltrs. Our machine consists of two vessels and single agitator. After completion of one vessel entire agitator assembly lift up and rotates and get down in another vessel. The high speed mixers are prepared using stainless steel.

Double Cone Blender Process Controls :
- The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge
- The cone is statically balanced to avoid any excessive load on the gear box and motor.
- While the powder can be loaded into the cone through a wider opening. It can be discharged through a Mucon valve or a Slide valve.
- Depending upon the product, paddle type baffles can be provided on the shaft for better mixing
