Gas/Air Lines as per standard Layout on skid/platform:
All pipelines for process air, Nitrogen and Oxygen line, HP line upto manifoldalong with short bend, elbow, socket and other necessary fitting as per ourstandard layout drawing.

Water Pump:
For circulation of water to Hot and Cold well. Centrifugal pump – Mono Block Type.

Inlet & Outlet Water Lines:
Pre-fabricated and pre-mounted on the skid between all the equipments with common inlet and outlet to make easy connection.

Drain Manifold complete with Ball Valves for draining moisture:
Interconnecting lines from all equipments and moisture separator connected to acommon drain manifold with high pressure ball valves with common outletmounted on the skid for very easy and single point operation.

Hot Plates

Our range of laboratory equipments also includes ovens that aid the functioning of varied chemical industries. It is largely used for varied experimentation and manufacturing processes which require heating.

It has a double walled structure with the inner chamber being made up of aluminum and stainless steel sheet. The outer body is made up of thick mild steel sheet. There is a gap of 7.5 cms between the chamber and the body. This is filled with good quality of glass wool for proper insulation. An air ventilator is also provided at the top of the oven to prevent its over heating. The chamber has 2/3 adjustable shelves for easy operation. It also has double walled door which is fitted with an automatic roller. Further it has To and FRO latch the body, which is finished with gray hammer-tone or white paint.

The oven does not have a thermometer but is provided with a continuous variable thermostat which controls the temperature from 10° C above ambient temperature to 250° more...

This series of laboratory drying ovens consists of five different sizes from 90 liters to 325 liters. The drying ovens are based on modern technology. They are more compact and require less space. Interior housing and shelves are in stainless steel. Externally, the drying ovens are constructed of mild steel powder coated.

The thermal oil heater manufactured by us is offered to clients in varieties such as fully automatic oil operated, Gas operated and Solid Fuel Fired, with an available capacity of 50000 Kcal/Hr to 1,500,000 Kcal/Hr.These are automatically operated and are high in efficiency parameters due to larger heating surface. It ensures no explosion hazards and maximum safeties. The temperature ranges of the heaters are 300° C.

The top is finished in black heat resistant paint. The body is finished in stove enamel paint. The hot plate has pilot lamp.
