Our alkaline immersion heaters are made out of S.S. (304 & 316 grade) and titanium pipe, and are covered with lead. These short wave infrared heaters transfer heat directly in the form of electromagnetic rays, at a velocity of approximately 300,000 km / sec. H.T.H.P. Beaker Dyeing machine is designed in order to facilitate effective dyeing for testing purpose. HTHP Beaker dyeing machine is fabricated out of 316 quality Stainless steel. The beaker carriage will rotate in Glycerin bath at about 30 RPM, through suitable motor. The temperature obtained in the Glycerin bath will be up to 140°C through electric heater. For rapid cooling the machine is equipped with a copper pipe through which water is made to pass continuously when required. Our range of laboratory equipments also includes ovens that aid the functioning of varied chemical industries. It is largely used for varied experimentation and manufacturing processes which require heating.
It has a double walled structure with the inner chamber being made up of aluminum and stainless steel sheet. The outer body is made up of thick mild steel sheet. There is a gap of 7.5 cms between the chamber and the body. This is filled with good quality of glass wool for proper insulation. An air ventilator is also provided at the top of the oven to prevent its over heating. The chamber has 2/3 adjustable shelves for easy operation. It also has double walled door which is fitted with an automatic roller. Further it has To and FRO latch the body, which is finished with gray hammer-tone or white paint.
