These thyristor drives incorporate numerous standard features and
facilities, which are necessary for industrial applications. Many
optional features are also available for special requirements.
These DC thyristor drives
are operated by AC supply and feature a full wave Thyristor /Diode
bridge, firing circuit and control amplifiers to provide controlled
armature voltage for DC motors. For achieving the armature voltage
control, armature feedback voltage is compared with set DC reference
and ramp signal. After due attention of armature current signal, it
can be used for controlling the triggering of thyristors. Adjustment
of the triggering point of signal, gives either an increase or
decrease in thyristor output and hence a corresponding change in
motor speed.

Our company has the requisite design strength to model and design TEG contactor columns i.e. Triethylene Glycol dehydration systems (for hydrocarbon processing) with stringent process guarantees. The saturated gas is fed to the first column where lean Triethylene Glycol removes moisture to bring it to 10 ppm level using packed bed counter current operation. The column works as an absorber using FenixTM structured packing for efficient moisture removal. The exit TEG, after absorbing moisture is regenerated using two columns - Stripper and Regenarator. In the stripper, moisture is removed from TEG by heating, usually employing a reboiler. The moisture in TEG is further removed by recycling small quantity of dry gas generated in the first column. We also offer other Internals for Oil & Gas sector.
