The gas generated cannot be drawn in by the compressor nd passed on the filling manifold,either due to low capacity, of the compressor or fast generation, gas pressure will graduallu build in the generator.When the gas pressure reaches a predeterminded level (about 0.5 kg/cm2) carbide charging will be cut off automatically and further generation of fas is stopped. There is not expensive gas holder with KVK Acetylene Generator.

For switching ON/OFF the recirculation fan and heating system. Suitable temperature controller and process timer can be incorporated. Suitable temperature sensor is provided on the drying chamber.
Safety
a. Safety grids made from wire mesh are provided on both sides of drying chamber to prevent accidental access to rotating parts and heating elements.
b. Explosion flap made from thin aluminum sheet is provided on drying chamber to expel the pressure and prevent major damage to equipment and operator in case of accidental explosion.

When producing powders from aqueous suspension, it is a distinct advantage to first mechanically dewater so as to reduce the plant initialization and operating costs of the final drying stage. During dewatering suspensions are converted to either filter cakes, pastes or sludges.
