These bacteria filters are available in specific configurations depending upon the nature of their use. Providing complete defence against infection, these bacteria filters trap bacteria very effectively.
We use water proof commercial ply made of teak wood to fabricate sturdy air shower. The external surface is made of laminated sheets and the surface of air plenum is coated with synthetic rubber paint over suitable primer base.
Aluminium or PVC mat flooring is used for plat form. Its sturdy doors are made of 6 mm clear glass and aluminium pipe and are provided with automatic door closures & manual locks. It can retain particles up to 10 to 15 micron and has efficiency of 90% with a pressure drop 6 MM WG.

Garbage Spray Chemical is a complex formulation of processed Silver, a noble metal and highly concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide. The Hydrogen Peroxide component ensures a rapid germ killing effect and the silver component ensures long lasting effect. Silver is well known for its oligo -dynamic action. The effect of the two is multiplied by a special manufacturing process of Gramicid -E (Synergy). Moreover, its stability enables Gramicid -E to be stored for at least 1 year at normal ambient temperature. It is completely biodegradable in nature when its is de decomposes it produces only oxygen and water. However, Gramicid E does not pollute the effluent. Make the solution of 1% of Gramicid - E and spray on Garbage, completely odour masking within 30 MIN.

Our horizontal Laminar Air flows are perfect for operation in particle free & sterile conditions. This is possible due to continuous flushing done by ultra filtered airflow & unidirectional airflow in the working area. This continuous flushing also assures full protection of the products.
We design our laminar air flow benches as per class 100 cleanliness for flushing very minute particles. The size specifications of the particles, which can be flushed both in their rest & dynamic conditions by our benches are as follows:
0.5 µm < 3530 particles / M³ to 5.0 µm < 0 particles / M³ .

These modules feeds two stage filtration primary 5 micron and final 0.3 micron HEPA filtered dust-free air to built-up and maintain positive pressure in the sterile area.
