SPECIFICATION
• Design: Mono block cGMP model
• Filter Bag Housing: S.s.316, S.s.316
• Bottom Chamber: S.s.316, with drain point and an inflatable rubber sealing gasket.
• Product Container: Made out of s.s.316, having a Dutch weave mesh in s.s.316 a 10mm support plate, sight glass, sampling port (online) and quick removable type clamps for the Dutch weave and support plate.
• Trolley: Made out of s.s.304 pipe 1 1/2” nb sch 10 with 4nos swivel 4”Pu wheels.
AIR HANDLING(INLET)

Operating Principle

Our company has also Plan 53C, which is a dual pressurized system that eliminates the use of gas for pressurization through the use of a piston reservoir. The barrier liquid is stored on the top side of the piston, which travels the length of the vessel dependent upon the change in barrier liquid volume. Further, a reference pressure, typically taken from the seal chamber, is provided on the bottom of the piston. The difference in area on either side of the piston creates a 10% increase in the barrier liquid pressure across a full range of operating pressures. With a capacity of 5.25 gallons, this system is best for applications that have fluctuating pressures. This system is made with 316L stainless steel with maximum pressure of 1175 psi / 81 bar to give the best results.

Evaporators designed by us are skid-mounted and consists centrifugal feed pump, feed pre-heater, combined vaporizer/condenser and a water vapour blower. It is a complete unit with various interconnecting pipes that work in place and pre-wired with a local control panel for processing purpose. Evaporators are hooked up to fresh water for cleaning purposes and to electrical power or auxiliary steam to control the pressure of the system. Optionally, an auxiliary electrical heater is also supplied, if steam is not available. Technologically designed, our evaporator use 80-90% less energy than conventional single stage evaporators, depending on the size of the system. Evaporators are specially designed to separate water on boiling temperature.
