This machine has three arms, molds are fitted on it and this arm is go in to oven then molds are rotate X & Y axis. Other arm rotate with molds and molds are cool out side of oven. Remove product from molds & fill powder in the molds which is fitted on balance arm. Door , arms & oven Motorized operated all are control with operating panel.

We offer a high quality bi excel rotomolding machine, which is a three arm rotational molding machine and assures complete guarantee in the operations. It is used to melt the heat and fuse plastic resin in molds, that rotate in tow axis. Unlike other processes it requires less pressure. Actual Production Process: • Resin loaded in the mold, fitted on arm head. • Mold moves into heating chamber. Where resin melts under high temperature and fuses into inner surface of the molds. • Cooled gradually by a combination of cool air and water spray. • Finally, the finished product is unloaded and fresh material charged.
