A whirling motion is imparted to the gas entering a cyclonic collector. This action generates centrifugal force that concentrates particles of entrained dust at the interior walls of the collecting tubes. The particles then fall and are discharged from the bottom of the tube. Clean gas exits through the outlet at the collecting tubes vertical centre line.
Multiple-cyclone separators are also known as multi clones, consist of a number of small-diameter cyclones, operating in parallel and having a common gas inlet and outlet, as shown in the figure. Multi-clones operate on the same principle as cyclones--creating a main downward vortex and an ascending inner vortex.
Multiclones are more efficient than single cyclones because they are longer and smaller in diameter. Our ozone generators are used in some systems to produce small quantities of ozone gas, which is very strong oxidizing agent and is effective in killing bacteria with even brief exposure times. Ozone is also effective in oxidizing organic matter, iron and Manganese. The use of ozone does not form trihalomethanes, as can chlorine. It produces no tastes or odors in the water. The simplest form of solvent reuse is termed "downgrading," which is the use of a solvent that has become contaminated through initial use for a second cleaning process. For example, precision bearings need very high purity solvents for cleaning. The solvent acquires very little contamination in usage and can be downgraded or used for less demanding cleaning operations.
More effort is required to recycle solvent that has become heavily contaminated and the possibilities for both on-site and off-site recycling or reclamation need to be explored. Aero tech is a bag type dust collector. The inlet connection which is located at the top of the unit underneath the fan housing deflects the air flow into a pre-separator chamber which is located at one side of the filter chamber. The air velocity drops down considerably when the air stream enters the pre-separator chamber so that heavy practices automatically drop down into the collection dustbin.
